Communication tax platforms have been put into operation in Main Directorates of the State Tax Service and Interregional Directorates of the State Tax Service for work with large taxpayers.

From now on, representatives of civil society institutions and business associations will be able to communicate with tax officials more quickly and qualitatively. To do this, it is necessary to send application to electronic mailbox of the platform in relevant territorial body of the State Tax Service.

Feedback will be provided by communicators selected from a number of employees of specialized units of the Main Directorates and Interregional Directorates for work with large taxpayers. This will allow to intensify dialogue with organizations that represent interests of taxpayers, in order to identify systemic problems in business operations and their leveling.

Reminder! Communication tax platform has been operating since June 2020 in the central apparatus of the State Tax Service.
