State Tax Service detected legislative violations on prices and pricing in the amount of more than 44.4 million UAHChapter: News

State Tax Service of Ukraine monitors legislative compliance on prices and pricing by business entities in the retail trade from April 2022.

State Tax Service as of September 1, 2022 has organized and conducted 387 actual audits of the retail outlets by territorial bodies, according to which there is information about alleged violations of the formation order and application of prices.

According to the actual audit results, legislative violations, which are controlled by the tax authorities for a total amount of more than 280 million UAH, of which 44.4 million UAH were detected for violations of legislative requirements on prices and pricing.

To date, the State Production and Consumer Services and its territorial bodies have already applied 29.4 million UAH of administrative and economic sanctions to violators of legislation on prices and pricing, based on materials of actual audit results conducted by the State Tax Service and its territorial bodies.
