Meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council was held

Meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council was held within a framework of the Communication Tax Platform.

Participants of event considered problematic issues with which payers addressed the Business Ombudsman Council. Practical questions related to registration suspension of tax invoices were considered, as well as reimbursement of the value added tax, features of consideration of complaints from payers, implementation of court decisions regarding registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations, etc.

Specialists of the State Tax Service provided answers and consultations on urgent issues raised in taxpayers’ appeals.
