State Tax Service and the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council discussed urgent issues of agrarians during the martial law

Meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service and the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council was devoted to activities of agrarian business during the martial law. Participants discussed taxation issues that are of the most interest of representatives of this sphere.

During the meeting, in particular, specifics of procedure for confirming impossibility of fulfilling tax obligations by taxpayers were considered according to mechanism defined by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 225. It was about reasons for the impossibility of fulfilling obligations by legal entities and individuals, main documents necessary to confirm such circumstances, deadlines for their submission, mechanism for considering submitted applications, etc.

Representatives of the State Tax Service provided answers to the applied questions addressed by enterprises, taking into account specifics of their activities. Consultations were also provided on certain taxation issues of enterprises located in the occupied territories or territories where hostilities are ongoing.
