Communication tax platforms – operational communication between business and tax officials

Communication tax platforms are gaining popularity among taxpayers, as evidenced by the information space analysis. This format of communication between the State Tax Service, its bodies and business associations is an effective way of promptly considering problematic issues of taxpayers.

300 appeals have been received by the State Tax Service and its bodies since the beginning of the communication platforms operation (including about 200 appeals in September). All questions raised in appeals have been processed and a feedback has been provided to the applicant.

Business meetings were organized with specialists of specialized departments of the State Tax Service and its bodies for more detailed consideration of individual appeals.

State Tax Service of Ukraine is always ready to support taxpayers and is open to dialogue with business associations and civil society institutions.

In case of questions that require prompt consideration, we advise organizations representing business interests to contact communication tax platforms at Main Directorates of the State Tax Service and Interregional Directorates of the State Tax Service for work with large taxpayers.
