Online meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service, Ministry of Finance and agribusiness was held

Online meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service, Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and Ukrainian club of agrarian business was held today.

Problematic issues related to the mechanism of application of the minimum tax liability were discussed during the meeting, in particular, regarding consideration of additional payments to the rent to unit owners during determination of the minimum tax liability; regarding the possibility of wrongly and/or excessively paid taxes and levies being included in reduction of the total minimum tax liability and tax reporting forms on the basis of which the minimum tax liability will be declared.

In order to solve issues initiated by taxpayers, the State Tax Service suggested the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to prepare a general tax consultation on the mechanism for applying the minimum tax liability.

State Tax Service is always open to communication to solve problematic issues in order to ensure balance of interests of taxpayers and the Tax Service.
