Joint webinar of the State Tax Service and the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine was held for taxpayers

Participants of webinar organized by the State Tax Service together with the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine talked about taxation peculiarities during the martial law.

Representatives of the State Tax Service explained current taxation issues with which the taxpayers most frequently contacted tax authorities. So, they were informed about changes made to the income tax declaration, peculiarities of its filling in, in particular, practical advice was given on filling in some of its annexes, reflection of controlled operations in declaration, charging fines for its failure to submit.

Taxation of charitable activities, payment of the repatriation tax, reporting peculiarities in case of transition to the simplified taxation system, excise tax payment during the martial law, in particular, changes to taxation of fuel with excise tax and in the declaration form of this tax were also important topics.

Representatives of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine, during the event, noted effectiveness of communication with the State Tax Service regarding consideration of current business issues, thanking, in particular, leadership of the Service for partnership and support.

State Tax Service will continue to be active participant in similar explanatory events for representatives of business and public organizations, which allow to inform about the main legislative innovations and provide answers to topical tax administration issues.
