Today during the meeting, representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine discussed tax sphere that need to be resolved.

Participants discussed state of the value added tax reimbursement to enterprises. In particular, it was about access to Register of taxpayers' applications for reimbursement of the budgetary compensation amount. Representatives of the State Tax Service emphasized that today all applications submitted by taxpayers for the VAT reimbursement are processed within the time limits specified by the Tax Code of Ukraine.

Important issues were conduction of the in-place audits and application of financial sanctions and fines during the martial law. Representatives of the State Tax Service emphasized attention of those present that moratorium introduced in connection with COVID-19 regarding the non-imposition of fines is not applicable during the martial law.

Answers were given to questions of payers during the meeting regarding the land payment, rent, application of fines for late registration of tax invoices, etc. It was also agreed to hold subsequent meetings on topics that payers most often ask for clarification.
