Meeting with representatives of agrarian business was held at the State Tax Service

Representatives of the State Tax Service took part in the round table meeting "Tax realities of business: how to win on the domestic front", organized by the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club.

Participants discussed topical taxation issues of enterprises in the agrarian sector of economy. It was about administration of the value added tax, in particular, about status of the VAT reimbursement.

Specialists of the State Tax Service provided answers to questions of representatives of agrarian business, considered specific situations and provided practical advice on the application of tax legislation. In particular, application of fines, submission of the VAT payer data tables, application of the minimum tax liability, etc., were clarified.

During the meeting, it was also emphasized that taxpayers, in case of questions, can apply to communication tax platforms operating in territorial bodies of the State Tax Service for prompt consideration and solution.
