State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council held scheduled meeting of the expert groups

Scheduled meeting of representatives of the expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council was held today within a framework of the communication tax platform.

Participants continued to consider issues for solution of which payers most often address to the Council. It was about reimbursement of the value added tax during the martial law, submission of the VAT payer data tables and execution of court decisions.

Representatives of the State Tax Service considered individual cases and provided clarification on the most common questions. Cooperation effectiveness of the State Tax Service with the Business Ombudsman Council was also noted during event, which allows not only to promptly respond to business requests, but also provides opportunity to analyze problems of payers and make appropriate decisions to eliminate them.
