Violations of settlement procedure for more than 278 million UAH were detected during the audit of trade networkChapter: News

State Tax Service of Ukraine, in the course of analyzing activities of taxpayers in trade sphere, detected a national network of sellers of household appliances, computer equipment, mobile devices and other gadgets, where activities were carried out with violations of settlement procedure.

In order to stop illegal activities and bring violators to justice, the State Tax Service organized actual audits of all trade facilities of the network, both by employees of its territorial bodies and with involvement of employees of apparatus.

As a result, authorities of the State Tax Service during November – December 2022conducted 61 actual audits of stores of the trade network and found violations of settlement procedure for a total amount of more than 278 million UAH.

According to the processing results of materials of conducted audits, fines (financial sanctions) will be applied to violators according to requirements of current legislation.

It should be noted that this example is not an isolated case. Bodies of the State Tax Service systematically identify violators of settlement procedure.

Therefore, only conscientious fulfillment of obligations by taxpayers defined by the law is a guarantee of the absence of sanctions from the controlling bodies, sustainable development of business and the state as a whole.
