Practical aspects of application of changes to tax legislation were discussed today by representatives of the State Tax Service and European Business Association during online meeting.

Participants reviewed changes to Procedure for registration suspension of tax invoice/adjustment calculation, introduced by Resolution of the CMU № 1165. Representatives of the State Tax Service, in particular, provided recommendations to the taxpayers regarding algorithm of actions in case of registration suspension of tax invoice, correctness of submission of the VAT payer data tables, etc.

Specifics of applying the VAT benefits to import and further sale of products for restoration of energy infrastructure, VAT taxation of software exports in 2023 were also discussed.

Representatives of the State Tax Service provided answers to questions of meeting participants and explained application of individual legal norms.
