Business interest in the transfer pricing issues daily increasing

State Tax Service of Ukraine continues to participate in explanatory activities for taxpayers, in particular, regarding the transfer pricing issues.

Representatives of the Transfer Pricing Department of State Tax Service took part in an online event dedicated to the practice of transfer pricing audits and disputes. 

Conference is aimed at increasing level of payers’ awareness regarding the transfer pricing issues, taking into account the latest changes in tax legislation, as well as practice of conducting relevant audits.

In order to improve quality of preparation of report on controlled operations, notification of participation in an international group of companies, documentation, master file, department specialists spoke in detail about the use of information during the determination of profitability range, sources of information and procedures for establishing compliance with conditions of controlled operations for raw materials. Particular attention was paid to possibilities and advantages of independent adjustment of reporting.

Separate topic for discussion was practice of decisions of the Supreme Court regarding the transfer pricing issues. This topic was revealed by tax experts, using detailed examples by industry.

Subsequent discussion served to exchange experience with representatives of Ukrainian and international companies, in particular, with practitioners who represent interests of taxpayers in process of the pre-trial and judicial resolution of tax disputes.

Specialists of the State Tax Service, for sake of practical assistance to both taxpayers and their representatives, are always open to participate in such events.
