Taxpayers positively evaluated activities of the State Tax ServiceChapter: News

State Tax Service received a high rating from taxpayers based on results of the Global Survey regarding assessment of activities within a framework of the international technical assistance project "Swedish-Ukrainian Partnership for a modern and efficient tax service – METS".

Independent evaluation confirmed a high level of trust and positive perception of the State Tax Service from the point of taxpayers’ view:

88% of respondents consider use of services during the martial law to be particularly relevant;

75% of respondents trust professionalism, quality of work and have a high level of trust towards the State Tax Service.

Electronic cabinet, Diia, Contact Center are recognized as the most requested electronic channels of communication with the State Tax Service.

The survey was conducted by the research company Info Sapiens from September 23 to November 9, 2022.
