How can enterprise confirm individual indicators regarding the state of settlements with the budget and target funds in order to obtain status of a critically important enterprise for functioning of economy and livelihood of the population in a special period

Resolution №76 of the Cabinet of Ministers as of 27.01.2023 "Some issues of implementation of provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On mobilization training and mobilization" regarding reservation of conscripts for a period of mobilization and wartime" approved Procedure and criteria for determining enterprises, institutions and organizations that are critically important for functioning of economy and ensuring livelihood of the population in a special period (hereinafter – Procedure and criteria).

In order to receive information about the total amount of taxes, levies, payments accrued, withheld and paid to the state and local budgets, except for customs payments, during the reporting tax year and absence of arrears from payment of single contribution, enterprise must apply in writing in an arbitrary form to the territorial body of the State Tax Service at main registration place.

Territorial body of the State Tax Service urgently provides information specified in Sub-paragraphs 1 and 5 of Paragraph 2 of Procedure and criteria:

by payer throughout Ukraine;

for a period, which begins on January 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2022.
