Representatives of the State Tax Service explained taxation specifics for the Diia City residentsChapter: News

Representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine together with experts from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine took part in a seminar-meeting on taxation of Diia City residents.

Answers to the most actual questions from Diia City residents were provided during the event. Participants explained taxation specifics in terms of application of such legal regime. It was, in particular, about procedure for transitioning to taxation as a resident of Diia City – income tax payer under special conditions and refusal from such regime, deadlines for submitting applications for its application, etc.

Specialists of the State Tax Service also informed about application of preferential rates of the personal income tax and single contribution.

Comments of tax officials regarding submission and filling in of the corporate income tax declaration by residents of Diia City were useful for participants. Attention was focused on changes to form of the specified declaration and specific examples were given as recommendations on how to fill it in. Also, taking into account questions from payers, explanations were provided regarding filling in individual lines of the Diia annex to the declaration.

Considering importance of issues raised during the meeting, the State Tax Service will continue to participate in holding such seminars for business, during which professional advices and recommendations are provided for taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations.
