Representatives of the State Tax Service took part in the panel discussion "Controlled Foreign Companies – results of 2022"Chapter: News

Representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine joined the Q&A session on Controlled Foreign Companies, organized by the Public Organization "International Advisors Association", which was also attended by representatives of the Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy of the Verkhovna Rada, Committee on International Taxation of the IAA, lawyers and representatives of business structures.

Specialists of the State Tax Service, during discussion, informed about the need to submit notifications on controlled foreign companies, revealed features of filling in and submitting such notifications. Attention, in particular, was focused on the grounds for applying fines for the non-submission of notifications on controlled foreign companies.

Practical explanations were also provided regarding taxation peculiarities of controlled foreign companies and rules for filling in report on controlled foreign companies. Representatives of the State Tax Service also spoke about amendments to tax legislation regarding controlled foreign companies and prospects for improving these regulations.

During the session, answers were provided to questions, which taxpayers most often face regarding the introduced rules of controlled foreign companies.

State Tax Service will continue to actively participate in similar events, which will allow us to quickly and efficiently respond to business requests and provide consulting support within the scope of our competence.
