Employees who do not have properly formalized labor relations are deprived of the right to decent working conditions, protection of their interests in employment sphere, guarantees in social protection. Undeclared employment gives employers unlimited opportunities to pressure employees and force them to work on the employer's terms.

Do you agree to work without employment contract?

- do not count on decent working conditions and fulfillment of verbal agreements;

- you may be unjustifiably fined, fired without notification, not paid sick leave or compensation in case of accident;

- do not expect decent pension in an old age;

- lack of guarantees in labor relations – poor working conditions, fines, lack of confidence in the future, social protection and, ultimately, labor exploitation.
