"Ask the official": minimum tax liability

Representatives of the State Tax Service took part in work of the communication platform "Ask the official", organized by the "Golovbuh Agro" magazine of the Digital Publishing House of Expertus.

Tax officials, during event, provided thorough answers to the taxpayers’ questions regarding the minimum tax liability live.

In particular, specifics of calculating and paying the minimum tax liability for and by individuals and legal entities, issue of taking into account paid taxes, levies and payments in calculation of the minimum tax liability and conditions for such consideration, submission of clarifying tax declarations, etc. were considered.

State Tax Service of Ukraine is always open to dialogue and constructive interaction with the public and business community and uses various communication formats and platforms, which, in particular, are offered by leading mass media and public organizations to convey the Service's position on issues of tax policy realization and tax administration mechanisms.

We also remind that business entities and associations representing their interests, for prompt resolution of issues, have opportunity to appeal to communication platforms that work both at the central level and in Main Directorates of the State Tax Service and Interregional Directorates of the State Tax Service for work with large taxpayers.
