Regarding refunding of single contribution to obligatory state social insurance

Refunding of funds of single contribution to obligatory state social insurance is carried out according to Procedure for crediting future payments of single contribution to obligatory state social insurance or return of excess and/or mistakenly paid funds, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 417as of 07.23.2021, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 09.09.2021 under № 1185/36807, based on the payer's refunding application.

Payer can add to application only one copy of one settlement document (receipt or other document, according to which erroneous or excessive payment of single contribution to obligatory state social insurance was made).
