It is profitable to work under employment contract!

From the moment of concluding employment contract, you are an employee who has labor rights and social guarantees.

Are you penalized for being late or inefficient? Declared employment protects you from the employer’s abuse. For violation of labor discipline, the law provides for only two punishments: reprimand or dismissal.

Material liability is charged in case of substantial damages resulting from wrongful acts or omissions, deductions cannot exceed 20% of salary.
