State Tax Service of Ukraine constantly receives information about alleged legislative violations by business entities in trade, public catering and services, which are controlled by tax authorities.

State Tax Service has launched service for citizens – "StopViolationBot" chatbot based on the Telegram messenger, using which, at any time of the day and in any place, it is possible to promptly inform the State Tax Service about known legislative violations, in particular, regarding:

non-use of RRO/PRRO, non-issuance of checks;

refusal to conduct payment with a bank card;

trade without licenses, violation of the procedure for sale of excise products;

price increase for food products, medicines, fuel;

non-registration of labor relations with employees;

conduction of economic activity without state registration.

State Tax Service has received 605 reports of legislative violations by business entities since the start of the chatbot's operation, of which 457 have already been considered, in particular, actual audits have been carried out at the addresses of alleged violations and violators will be held responsible according to requirements of current legislation.

Tax information available to the State Tax Service, received through the “StopViolationBot” chatbot, about possible legislative violations committed by the taxpayers, control over which is entrusted to the controlling bodies, is investigated and checked by the tax authorities’ employees and in case of confirmation of provided information, appropriate response measures are taken, including tax audits.
