Convenience of the chatbot "StopViolationBot" of the State Tax Service of Ukraine

State Tax Service of Ukraine reminds that with aim of ensuring control over activities of business entities in trade and public catering, from July 2022, the State Tax Service launched new service for citizens – chatbot "StopViolationBot" in the Telegram messenger. With its help, at any time of the day, in any place, it is possible to promptly inform the State Tax Service about facts of discovered alleged violations of the law regarding:

non-use of RRO/PRRO, non-issuance of checks;

refusal to pay with a bank card;

trade without licenses, violation of procedure for the sale of excise products;

price increase for food products, medicines, fuel;

non-registration of labor relations with employees;

conduction of economic activity without state registration.

All information received through the chatbot is investigated and verified by tax authorities and in case of confirmation of provided information, appropriate response measures are taken, including tax audits.
