Cycle of trainings on human resources management was held at the State Tax ServiceChapter: News

Cycle of trainings for officials of the State Tax Service’s bodies on topic: "Competent approach to human resources management" was held at the State Tax Service.

International experts of the Program for Support of Public Finance Management in Ukraine (EU4PFM) for heads of structural units of central apparatus and territorial bodies of the State Tax Service conducted training under the 4-module program for 4 groups of different categories of employees of the State Tax Service from March to May 2023.

In the course of training, international experts, together with employees of the State Tax Service, worked out theoretical and practical aspects of issues related to the human resources management based on competencies (conceptual basis of competency model, application of competency model to the job profile, performance management, evaluation of results, etc.).

In addition, participants learned conceptual foundations of mentoring, its formation and organization, and received tips and tools for implementing successful mentoring relationships.

In total, almost 300 civil servants of the State Tax Service took part in trainings.

Trainings were held within the framework of implementation of Strategy for reforming state finance management system for 2022-2025 and plan of measures for its implementation, approved by Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1805-r as of 29.12.2021.
