State Tax Service is constantly working on improving professional competence of specialists in the transfer pricing and international taxation. Recently, at a conference call held with participation of acting Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Yevhenii Sokur, within the framework of unification in one unit of tax control functions in such areas of activity as transfer pricing, payment of passive income, activities of non-residents and controlled foreign companies, the Transfer Pricing Department presented to subordinate structural units of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service training course "Encyclopedia of the Transfer Pricing Department or Quest: Find and return withdrawn profits to Ukraine".

Acting Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Yevhenii Sokur reminded: "Six years ago, Ukraine undertook to the steps of the BEPS Plan and GAAR rules. Today, consistent policy of the State Tax Service is aimed at continuing work aimed at combating erosion of tax base and withdrawal of income from taxation. State Tax Service is intensively working on the implementation into national legislation of certain steps of the BEPS Plan, which are aimed at countering aggressive tax planning, including: improvement of the transfer pricing rules, prevention of tax avoidance by means of international treaties, taxation of income of controlled foreign companies, exchange of information and many others. Completion of these tasks confirms Ukraine's readiness for European integration processes".

The course is designed to improve professional skills of specialists of territorial bodies and prevent shortcomings in their work. Forming the training course, different levels of complexity are taken into account both for new specialists and for improving professional knowledge of employees already working in the specified direction.
