In connection with the approach of July 1, 2023 – date from which financial agents are obliged to comply with requirements of Article 393, Section I of the Tax Code of Ukraine and approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 282 as of 26.05.2023 "Procedure for applying general standard of reporting and due diligence of information on financial accounts (Common Standard on Reporting and Due Diligence for Financial Account Information), the State Tax Service publishes clarification of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine regarding fulfillment by financial agents of requirements of the Common Standard of CRS reporting.
