Specialists of the State Tax Service took part in the forum and familiarized participants with the key legislative changes in taxationChapter: News

State Tax Service joined the forum "BUSINESS PROTECTION 2023 - A2B FORUM", organized by the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine, purpose of which is to gather opinions of experts and help business deal with difficulties that arise in conducting business.

Participants, during the event, exchanged opinions on tax innovations, court practice, business security and interaction with state authorities.

State Tax Service joined discussion and opened part of the event dedicated to reviewing the latest changes in tax legislation. Director of the Transfer Pricing Department of the State Tax Service Kateryna Ryzhenkova, in her speech, emphasized changes that affect international taxation and transfer pricing and provided recommendations on their implementation in the taxpayers’ economic activities.

Separately, she focused on changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine in terms of reporting by country of an international group of companies and responsibility associated with its non-submission, digitalization of the tax control process over transfer pricing, in particular, introduction of automated system for processing large data sets for risk analysis. She did not ignore tax audits during the martial law and nuances of applying penalties and fines based on such audits results. She also substantiated the need to adopt a draft law regarding changes in rules of working with controlled foreign companies.
