State Tax Service demonstrates dynamic development of digital technologies in provision of e-services.

More than 65 thousand users receive more than 20 tax services in their smartphone.

The InfoTAX chatbot provides opportunity to instantly receive information about:

- registration and account data,

- receipts for document processing,

- paid taxes and tax debt,

- data from electronic administration system of the VAT and electronic administration system of the fuel and ethyl alcohol sale,

- data from the Unified Register of Tax Invoices and the Unified Register of Excise Invoices,

- the date of inclusion in registers, etc.
