State Tax Service has processed 1079 requests for obtaining public information since the beginning of 2023Chapter: News

State Tax Service of Ukraine has processed 1079 requests for public information over January – June 2023.

Of the total number, 125 requests were received by mail, 930 by e-mail and 24 by the requester personally.

The biggest number of requests for obtaining public information came from individuals, namely 610 requests. Since the beginning of year: 433 requests for public information have been received from legal entities, 2 from citizen associations without the legal entity’s status, and 34 from mass media representatives.

According to the consideration results of requests: 589 were provided with provision of information, refused/delayed according to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine № 2939-VI as of 13.01.2011 "On access to public information" – 235 and 220 were sent to appropriate information managers.

The vast majority of inquirers were interested in tax information, namely 81.4% from the total number of requests.
