To the attention of payers who use single account!

Payers who use single account, filling in requisite "Payment purpose" of the payment instructions, are guided by the Procedure for filling in requisite "Payment purpose" of the payment instructions during payment of (collection) taxes, levies, customs, other payments, single contribution to obligatory state social insurance, advance payments (pre-payments), cash deposits, as well as in case of their return, approved by Order No. 148 of the Ministry of Finance as of 22.03.2023.

If the payment service provider has not yet developed software according to requirements of the specified order, then for a certain period of time, customers of such banks and non-banking financial institutions have option of filling in requisite "Payment purpose" of the payment instruction in the old (unstructured) format.

Herewith, the payment service providers must notify their clients of the date of readiness for transition from the unstructured to structured format (after software development is completed).
