State Tax Service and the EU4PFM: ambitious plans become a realityChapter: News

Ambitious plans of the State Tax Service are becoming a reality. With support of the EU4PFM project, it was possible to implement a number of modern progressive IT solutions to improve internal business processes.

Acting Head of the State Tax Service Tetiana Kiriienko and Deputy Head of the State Tax Service for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization Nataliia Kalienichenko took part in the 11th meeting of the Steering Committee of the EU4PFM project.

Participants of the event were representatives of the Ministry of Finance, State Customs Service, European Delegation to Ukraine and international experts of the EU4PFM.

Representatives of the European delegation pointed out that even in the war conditions significant progress has been achieved in implementation of the IT solutions.

To date, projects have been implemented to modernize Contact Center of the State Tax Service to strengthen outreach and improve compliance, system for managing cases in appeals and court support has been developed, as well as system for automatic exchange of the CbC/CRS information has been created.

Focus of further cooperation between the State Tax Service and the EU4PFM is implementation of the following projects: e-audit, IT solutions for risk analysis on transfer pricing issues, data accounting system and universal catalog of RRO, implementation of the EU best practices in the tax administration sphere.
