New step towards efficiency and transparency: State Tax Service introduced IT system for administrative and judicial appeals

State Tax Service with the EU4PFM support implemented innovative IT system for administrative and judicial appeals. This IT solution will help ensure more efficient and transparent interaction between taxpayers and the State Tax Service.

Tax officials will have efficient, modern tool to support appeals processes.

Introduction of this system will provide new opportunities for citizens and business, providing simple and convenient access to appeal procedures.

Main advantages of the IT system of administrative and judicial appeals:

- efficiency: integrated system will reduce the time it takes for taxpayers' complaints to be processed, promoting fair resolution of tax disputes and ensuring equality for all. Automation of business processes and reduction of paper document flow will allow to reduce budget costs and make efficient management decisions promptly;

transparency: uniformity of procedures together with digital solutions allows for automated response control in the system, ensuring that every step of the complaint process is recorded and easily tracked.

This promotes greater accountability and transparency;

- confidentiality: system guarantees high level of the personal data protection and confidentiality of user information;

- integration: the IT system is easily integrated with existing information bases of the State Tax Service, which ensures continuous and coordinated data exchange.
