State Tax Service of Ukraine reminds that in order to implement Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America to improve implementation of tax rules and application of provisions of the US "Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)" (FATCA) – submission of the FATCA reporting for years 2021 and 2022 is taking place. Deadline for submission is September 1, 2023 at 00:00 Kyiv time.

You can ask all questions that arise submitting reports by the electronic communication means to e-mail addresses of the State Tax Service: FATCA@tax.gov.ua and info_FATCA@tax.gov.ua.

We ask all financial agents who are accountable to FATCA to join reporting process.
