Nationwide survey of taxpayers regarding assessment of the corruption level and integrity in bodies of the State Tax Service

Honorable taxpayers!

State Tax Service of Ukraine conducts a nationwide survey of taxpayers regarding assessment of the corruption level of and integrity in bodies of the State Tax Service. Please answer 14 suggested questions.

The survey is anonymous, voluntary and will not take much time.

Help us identify problematic issues in the organization of work of the State Tax Service, as well as work of employees of its bodies.

Results of this survey will be taken into account during preparation of management decisions on the corruption prevention, determination of integrity criteria for employees of bodies of the State Tax Service and will help the State Tax Service to improve its work.
