Tax and labor inspectors have a right to check how business comply with labor laws.

Remember! The following may carry out audits on the conclusion of employment contracts with employees:

- State Tax Service;

- territorial bodies of the State Tax Service and State Labor Service.

Financial (Article 265 of the Code of Labor Laws) and administrative liability (Article 41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) can be applied to legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs who use hired labor without formalizing employment relations.

Properly register your employees, pay taxes and single social contribution – then you will not be fined.
