Violations of tax legislation can be reported through the “StopViolationBot” chatbot and Contact Center of the State Tax Service

State Tax Service of Ukraine draws attention of consumers to its resources, which provide opportunity to report about alleged violations of legislation by business entities in trade, public catering and services, which are controlled by tax authorities.

The most convenient of them is the "StopViolationBot" chatbot in Telegram messenger.

With its help, at any time of a day, in any place, you can quickly inform the State Tax Service about:

non-use of RRO/PRRO, non-issuance of checks;

refusal to pay with a bank card;

trade without licenses, violation of procedure for the sale of excisable products;

price increase for food products, medicines, fuel;

non-registration of labor relations with employees;

conduction of economic activity without state registration.

Violations can also be reported through Contact Center’s hotline at 0800-501-00-7. 

All information received by the State Tax Service is processed and checked by employees of tax authorities, and in case of confirmation of provided information, appropriate response measures are taken, including tax audits.
