Filling of budgets of all levels by economic sector during January – August 2023

The biggest share during January – August 2023 in payment of taxes, levies and payments (collection) to the Consolidated budget of Ukraine is payment made by business entities in the following industries:  

"Processing industry" – 17.3% of the total collection to the Consolidated budget of Ukraine;

"Whole and retail sale; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles" – 15.4%;

"State administration and defense; obligatory social insurance" – 13.5%;

"Mining industry and quarry development" – 9.4%.

The biggest increase in payment for 8 months of 2023 relative to 8 months of 2022 occurred in the following industries:

"Processing industry" – increase by 1.5 or +49.0 billion UAH;

"State administration and defense; obligatory social insurance" – increase by 1.4 times or +32.7 billion UAH;

Whole and retail sale; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles" - increase by 13.8 times or +16.3 billion UAH.
