Note to employers: how to create safe and healthy working conditions

Have entered into employment contract with employee? Take care of proper, safe and healthy working conditions, prevent accidents and occupational diseases. We will remind how to do it correctly.

Workplace, state of technological processes, equipment and other production means, state of collective and individual protection means, sanitary and household conditions affect state of health and working capacity of employee.

Working conditions are safe if the exposure of employee to dangerous and harmful production factors is eliminated or their value does not exceed the maximum permissible levels.

Employer bears full responsibility for ensuring proper, safe and healthy working conditions and does so at own expense.

It's a win-win for both employer and employee. After all, you avoid costs and losses due to possible production suspension, long-term absence of employee at work, compensation for treatment and rehabilitation, as well as training of new employees. Also consider indirect costs: damage to reputation in case of accidents, reduced employee motivation and staff turnover.
