Agree to work without employment contract? Do not count on decent working conditions and fulfillment of verbal agreements. You may be unreasonably fined, fired without notification, get denied sick leave or accident compensation.

Are you a business owner and hiring employees without employment contract? Be prepared to spend time and resources on training – experienced specialists will not come to you or will quickly find a better place. It will be more difficult for you to get bank loans and investments. And in case of labor inspectorate inspection, you may be fined for violating labor laws.

After all, due to the non-payment of taxes and single social contribution, the state is forced to raise taxes for business to pay pensions, sick leave, maintain schools, hospitals, repair roads, etc.
