Mechanisms for processing requests for public information are being improved

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 332 as of 19.06.2023 "On changes to Procedure for organization of work and interaction between the structural units of the State Tax Service’s bodies in the process of drafting, submitting and processing requests for obtaining public information and Form for submitting request for obtaining public information that is in possession of the State Tax Service’s bodies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 09.08.2023 under № 1352/40408 entered into force on 21.09.2023 (hereinafter – Order № 332).

Order № 332:

specified mechanisms of:

acceptance, registration of requests for obtaining public information received by the State Tax Service’s information and communication system "Electronic cabinet" (hereinafter – Electronic cabinet);

sending responses to requests for public information through the Electronic cabinet;

it is determined, in particular, that:

acceptance, preliminary processing and transfer of requests for information received after the end of working day, on weekends, holidays and non-working days, is carried out on the next working day;

in case of force majeure, preliminary processing and registration of requests for information, as well as processing and registration of source documents in the State Tax Service’s Electronic document management system are carried out at the first opportunity after termination of such circumstances;

operation of Procedure for organization of work and interaction between the structural units of the State Tax Service’s bodies in preparation, submission and processing of requests for obtaining public information, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 405 as of 09.07.2020, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 29.07.2020 under № 717/35000, with changes, does not apply to relationship regarding consideration of attorney requests and provision of individual tax consultations.
