95% of users gave positive assessment to the updated website of the State Tax Service

State Tax Service of Ukraine with the EU4PFM support has modernized its web portal at the beginning of 2023.

Particularly:

- software part has been improved for better productivity;

- interface has been updated for convenience and better perception of information;

- main menu has been improved for quick information search.

To determine quality and usability of the updated web portal, user survey was conducted in August 2023. According to its results:

- 25% of users highly rated their experience using web portal of the State Tax Service;

- 45% of users rated it as good;

- 25% of users gave a satisfactory rating;
