Representatives of the State Tax Service will participate in the International conference "SRS 30. Transformation and sustainability"Chapter: News

At invitation of the State Revenue Service of the Republic of Latvia, representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine will participate in the International conference "SRS 30. Transformation and sustainability".

Conference participants will discuss new challenges in the tax sphere, current tendencies in digital transformation of tax administration and public administration challenges.

In particular, topic of discussions and debates will be Tax administration 3.0, introduction of formula "Quality management = Stories of customer experience = Satisfied customer" in the Baltic states.

During this visit, members of the State Tax Service’s delegation are also scheduled to participate in the annual meeting of directors of tax and customs administrations of the Baltic states, during which it is planned to discuss, including, issue of providing assistance to ensure implementation of the European integration processes.
