State Tax Service has processed 1829 requests for obtaining public information since the beginning of 2023

State Tax Service of Ukraine has processed 1829 requests for public information over January – October 2023.

Of the total number, 221 request was received by mail, 1573 by e-mail and 35 by the requester personally.

The biggest number of requests for obtaining public information came from individuals, namely 1078 requests. 697 requests for public information were received from legal entities, 6 from citizen associations without the legal entity’s status and 48 from mass media representatives.

According to the consideration results of requests: 935 were provided with provision of information, refused/delayed according to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine № 2939-VI as of 13.01.2011 "On access to public information" – 466 and 384 were sent to appropriate information managers.

The vast majority of inquirers were interested in tax information, namely 81.3% from the total number of requests.
