To awareness of business entities that produce and import alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes!

Resolution № 618 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 19.06.2023 "Specifics of labeling of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes" (hereinafter – Resolution № 618) obliged the state-owned enterprise "Polihrafichnyy kombinat "Ukrayina" that produces securities" to ensure, until 31.01.2024 production, free exchange and delivery to the seller of excise tax marks of a new model for labeling alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, tobacco-containing products for electric heating using heater in electronic cigarettes, according to the number of accepted to destroy excise tax marks of the previous model.

Taking into account above specified, if necessary, business entities that produce and import alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes can from 18.11.2023 to 28.11.2023 (inclusively) submit application-calculation of the need for excise tax marks for labeling of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes by the electronic communication means in the electronic form in compliance with requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "On electronic documents and electronic document management" and "On electronic trust services", which are subject to exchange according to forms F/J1319201 "APPLICATION-CALCULATION on the need for excise tax marks for labeling alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes, which are subject to exchange according to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 618 as of 19.06.2023 "Specifics of labeling of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes".
