How to inform about violation of organization of control and audit measures committed by the territorial bodies of the State Tax Service

State Tax Service of Ukraine reminds about opportunity for taxpayers to report at any time of the day, 24/7 and in any place about alleged groundless control and audit measures by territorial bodies of the State Tax Service during tax audits using the chatbot "SKARGA KPR DPS".

We emphasize that filling out the data, it is necessary to clearly and correctly fill in the following fields:

- title of Main Directorate of the State Tax Service, officials of which conducted audit;

- taxpayer’s code from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine, in respect of whom control and audit measures are being conducted; 

- address of the economic entity, at which control and audit measures are conducted;

- type of audit;

- informational data regarding the audit order;

- surname, first name and patronymic of employees of territorial body of the State Tax Service, who participate in audit;

- informational data about audit materials;

- essence of violation, in the applicant’s opinion, regarding organization of control and audit measures;

- applicant’s contacts.

It should be noted that information about alleged violations of organization of control and audit measures by territorial bodies of the State Tax Service immediately receives appropriate reaction from tax authorities, who analyze issues specified in the complaint.
