Consolidated budget received 1104.7 billion UAH in January – November 2023 Chapter: News

Taxpayers continue to support state by paid taxes. Thanks to their active civic position, the state steadily receives funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and social payments for our citizens.

Revenues (balance) to the consolidated budget for payments controlled by the State Tax Service amounted to 1 104.7 billion UAH in January – November 2023 according to operational data. State budget received 708.1 billion UAH, local budgets – 396.6 billion UAH.  

Revenues (balance) to the general fund of the state budget amounted to 679.1 billion UAH in January – November 2023. Scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for revenues of the general fund of the state budget were fulfilled by 102.3%. Herewith, 121.5 billion UAH of the VAT was reimbursed to the payers’ accounts.      

In terms of taxes, scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine were exceeded from the corporate income tax by 27.8% (+30.4 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) by 17% (+13.9 billion UAH).  

In terms of main payments in January – November 2023, the increase compared to the corresponding period of previous year is from the excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) by 1.4 times (+25.3 billion UAH), corporate income tax by 21.5% (+24.7 billion UAH) and  levy and personal income tax by 18.7% (+24.4 billion UAH)

Local budgets received 396.6 billion UAH in January – November 2023, which is 46.3 billion UAH or 13.2 % more than in January – November 2022.      

Revenues (balance) to the consolidated budget for payments controlled by the State Tax Service amounted to 127.8 billion UAH in November 2023. State budget received 102.5 billion UAH, local budgets – 25.3 billion UAH.

Revenues (balance) to the general fund of the state budget amounted to 84 billion UAH in November 2023. Scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for revenues of the general fund of the state budget were fully fulfilled by 0.9 %, budget additionally received 0.8 billion UAH. 9.9 billion UAH of the VAT was reimbursed to the payers’ accounts.     

Scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the income tax were fully met, namely by 1.3 times (+6.5 billion UAH), value added tax – 105.5% (+1.2 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) – 101.4% (+0.1 billion UAH).

In terms of main payments in November 2023, the increase compared to November 2022 is from the value added tax – 1.9 times (+10.9 billion UAH), income tax – 1.3 times (+7.4 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) – 1.4% (+2.0 billion UAH), levy and personal income tax – 10.3% billion UAH (+14 billion UAH).

Local budgets received 25.3 billion UAH in November 2023.
