Representatives of the State Tax Service joined event "Results of the transfer pricing reporting company – 2022"

Representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine took part in event "Results of the transfer pricing reporting company – 2022", held by the AC "Crowe Ukraine", which is a member of the global auditing network Crowe Global, together with financial and tax committee of the European Business Association with aim of encouraging taxpayers to the introduction of transparent business practices in the transfer pricing sphere.

Director of the Transfer Pricing Department Kateryna Ryzhenkova, as a part of discussion, familiarized event participants with results of the transfer pricing reporting company – 2022, and also focused attention on the procedure for submitting the Country-by-country report of the international group of companies for 2022 by parent companies-residents of Ukraine.

Specialists of the Transfer Pricing Department answered questions of business representatives and experts regarding peculiarities of conducting analysis of the conditions’ compliance of controlled operations with raw materials to the "arm's length" principle.

Event participants agreed that joint measures of business and controlling bodies in this format allow to reduce tax risks, avoid the most common tax law mistakes and encourage business to pay taxes voluntarily.
