State Tax Service has processed 2018 requests for obtaining public information since the beginning of 2023Chapter: News

State Tax Service of Ukraine has processed 2018 requests for public information over January – November 2023.

Of the total number, 240 request was received by mail, 1738 by e-mail and 40 by the requester personally.

The biggest number of requests for obtaining public information came from individuals, namely 1186 requests. 769 requests for public information were received from legal entities, 8 from citizen associations without the legal entity’s status and 55 from mass media representatives.

According to the consideration results of requests: 1036were provided with provision of information, refused/delayed according to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine № 2939-VI as of 13.01.2011 "On access to public information" – 536 and 428 were sent to appropriate information managers.

The vast majority of inquirers were interested in tax information, namely 82% from the total number of requests.
