What to do if employer does not fulfill conditions of concluded employment contract?Chapter: News

If employer does not fulfill conditions of employment contract, you can do the following:

appeal to employer with a written request to eliminate violations and fulfill conditions of employment contract. You can also appeal to a trade union body, if you are a member of trade union organization for help a and support;

file a written complaint to the State Labor Service of Ukraine and/or the State Tax Service of Ukraine;

appeal to the court with a claim to establish fact of employer's violation of conditions of employment contract, to renew the violated rights and demand compensation for moral and material damage. You can use lawyer’s services or other representative of your choice. You can also go to the court for a help and support of trade union if you are a member.

Do not agree with violation of your rights and conditions of employment contract committed by the employer. Declared work is your future and dignity!
