Declaration of settlements completeness made by taxpayers through the RRO/PRROChapter: News

Completeness of volumes of settlement operations (procurements) carried out through registrars of settlement operations (hereinafter – RRO)/software registrars of settlement operations (hereinafter – PRRO) is important factor in the completeness of declaration of income volumes received by business entities, and therefore reality of taxes declared and paid by them, in particular, income tax, personal income tax, excise tax, etc.

According to the RRO data accounting system, procurements conducted through the RRO/PRRO of economic units located in regions in January – November 2023 show a steady positive tendency towards the increase.

Constant increase in amounts of settlement operations carried out through the RRO/PRRO is due to the detinization of trade, fiscalization of settlements, conscientiousness of individual taxpayers regarding voluntary declaration of received income, as well as due to the mass information campaign, control and verification measures carried out by the State Tax Service.

As a result of influence of the above-specified factors, volume of settlement operations (procurements) conducted through RRO/software RRO in January – November 2023 increased from 234.9 billion UAH to 338.6 billion UAH per calendar month or by 44 percent.
